Shipping Info: All packages are shipped via regular post from Germany.

All orders are packed as best as possible to ensure items will not get damaged during shipping.

I will not take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged packages that have not been shipped via registered post.
Return Policy: In the event that you receive products which are damaged or defective i shall either replace or refund any damaged or defective products (including the postage and packing you were charged).

You must notify me of the problem through the contact form and, after our reply, return the products in the same condition that you received them (and the same type of packing).

I will send you the replacement products according to the availability and only after receiving the returned items.
